What are your delivery times and shipping costs?
Standard DHL Parcel delivery times are between 2-3 working days for Europe. Free shipping on all order within the EU.
DHL Express delivery times are within 24 hours on working days. An extra fee will be added during the order process, depending on your location and package size.
Can I track my order?
TelecomSupplier ships every order with DHL Parcel or DHL Express, depending on your shipment preferences. Both versions include standard package insurance by DHL which covers up to €500 purchase value in case of damage or loss.

Do I get warranty on my products?
TelecomSupplier gives a 1 year warranty on all products. The telecom hardware must have been purchased from TelecomSupplier and must be returned or reported within the warranty period of 1 year.
One of the ordered products is defective, what’s next?
TelecomSupplier offers warranty on all products, which means you will get an immediate replacement when one of your ordered products appears to be defective. Contact us as soon as possible with your order information to report the defect.
Did you receive my return package?
When TelecomSupplier receives your return package we will send you a confirmation by email, as soon as possible. How long this takes depends on your location, shipment time and date. Make sure to include your order information or an invoice copy.
Can I return my order without giving any reason?
Yes, this is possible within 14 days. You have to register your return package with our customer service by email. The products have to be in absolute new, unused condition including the original, undamaged box and without any programming or firmware changes.
When will I get my refund?
When TelecomSupplier received your return package, your outstanding amount will be transferred back within 5 business days. The amount will be refunded in the same way that the order is paid for initially.

Can I order by invoice and pay afterwards?
It is possible to order by invoice and subsequently pay by bank transfer at TelecomSupplier. However, we will conduct a creditworthiness check for new customers. It is also possible to send us a Purchase Order in the format of your own company.
